Course Description
This course is an in-depth study of current topics in hospitality administration. May be repeated to a maximum of twelve semester hours when topics change. This class explores the European hospitality business. Students will tour five-star hotel properties in Switzerland, learning about their facilities, including rooms and banquet, food and beverage operations, and lodging management.
