Course Description
This course is an in-depth study of current topics in hospitality administration. May be repeated to a maximum of twelve semester hours when topics change.
This course will introduce students to the food cultures of Europe. Food studies offer a fascinating lens for viewing the world, as the study of food is essentially the study of people. Discussions will focus on similarities and differences among European cuisines. Students will learn to identify European cuisines and their associated cultural practices.
