Course Description
This course is an in-depth study of current topics in hospitality administration. May be repeated to a maximum of twelve semester hours when topics change. This class is an independent exploration of Europe. Through travel, we learn about different countries, cultures, communication, and people. No learning experience is more valuable than this.
