This course explores multinational business through a combination of classroom learning and international immersion. Students examine how firms compete, organize, and lead across borders, with particular attention to the economic, political, social, and cultural foundations of business in Western Europe and the United States. The course addresses the managerial implications of operating in different national contexts, including the role of culture, institutions, and cross-border differences in shaping strategy and organizational practice.
