This course is an in-depth examination of various topics not covered in the regular course offerings. May be repeated to a maximum of fifteen semester hours. This experiential and on location course uses London's landscape to examine how human suffering, systemic force, and institutional violence are remembered, commodified, and staged. Led by a fight and intimacy director, students decode the physical choreography of past and present conflicts. They will critically evaluate how public sites, media, and theaters reshape trauma for public consumption.
