Course Description
In this course, students learn the tenets of narrative medicine and explore the role of narrative in improving clinician understanding of the individual patient¿s unique experience. To build narrative skill, students will analyze and interpret various illness experiences as depicted in select stories, poems, and non-fiction medical narratives.
