Course Description
In this course, students learn about local Italian foods, how to prepare them, and the food culture of Italy. Students spend one day a week at an agritourism farm, engaging in the activities of the farm, including olive oil production, prosciutto and sausage making, truffle hunting, pasta making, and more. This course provides students with a rich experience and a deep understanding of Italian food culture.
