This course examines how individuals, groups, and organizational systems influence behavior and performance in the workplace. Students will explore integrative models of organizational behavior to understand how factors at multiple levels shape employee attitudes, motivation, decision making, and job performance. The course emphasizes the role of individual differences, workplace attitudes, and psychological states in employee well-being and effectiveness. Students will also analyze team dynamics, communication processes, leadership, power, negotiation, and ethical decision-making, as well as the impact of organizational structures, trust, and integrity on organizational outcomes. Through theory, research, and applied examples, the course prepares students to better understand and manage behavior in organizational settings.
