This course affords students the ability to critically examine and evaluate the principles of the scientific method in analyzing the factors that influence nutritional health. Students will utilize scientific methods to investigate the complex interactions between dietary components and physiological processes, drawing connections to foundational disciplines such as chemistry, biochemistry, anatomy, and physiology.
