IP Video Contest: Show us the World!

We invite you to use your energy and creativity to put together a video that highlights your study abroad experience. Show us (and future IP students) how you were able to connect and engage in a country beyond how a tourist could.

Tips for success:

• Keep your video under 4 minutes- 2 minutes is ideal.
• Keep your camera on you! You never know when that perfect moment will arise.
• Collaborate with your friends.
• Remember to demonstrate your engagement in a new community.
• Include your program location and program name.
• Demonstrate using the city as a classroom
• Show cultural activities, historic sights, classrooms and housing.
• Feature other students (even better are students in Florida State or IP apparel).

Incentives:

• Grand Prize- $500
• Runner-Up- $250

Rules

• Any student studying abroad through Florida State University International Programs may participate.
• Only 1 entry per person and entries are final when received.
• Send your video to Meghan Greene at megreene@admin.fsu.edu by 5PM EST on August 10, 2012.
• IP reserves the right to disqualify submissions that are inappropriate or offensive or use copyrighted music, images or photography.
• Through submitting, you agree to allow International Programs to use your submitted materials for promotional purposes.
• Employees of International Programs are not eligible to win.
