Valencia,
Spain
FSU's new Valencia Study Center opened its doors as the Spain program celebrated its 10th anniversary. Students enjoy shared apartments, each of which has its own telephone, heat and air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen, personal study space and washing machine. There is a communal dryer room in the building with one industrial-sized dryer per floor. Linen service (i.e., sheets and towels) and once-per-week cleaning are included. In addition, each student will have his/her own closet and a locking file cabinet with enough space for a laptop. Entrance to the apartments, and to the main center, is with a swipe key that will be issued upon arrival. For students choosing to bring laptops, the study center and the apartments are wireless. In addition to apartments, the centrally-located study center includes classrooms, administrative offices, and a computer lab.
