International Programs offers this exclusive program as an integral part of the university’s MFA in Professional Writing program. The intensive study abroad experience allows students to spend two weeks over spring break in London working with an established British playwright. The program is based at the FSU London Study Centre, which is located in the heart of London’s West End “Theatreland.” Students experience several theatre productions throughout their stay.
Every day, the rich past and exciting present of London constantly intertwine for students. A few minutes from the center lie the West End (London’s major theatre district), Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, and the National Gallery. The esteemed British Museum is only one block away.
