Studentships in the London Library
Every year, the College of Information offers studentships at the FSU London Study Centre Library. They are great opportunities – live and work in London for a semester or longer, and get outstanding resume-building experience!
Both studentships provide experience library management, and information provision to London-based students. However each studentship has its own emphasis:
The Library Studentship will be involved with cataloguing and collection management and is overseen by the librarian
The IT studentship will be involved in maintaining the systems allowing access to e-mail and internet facilities in the study center, and is overseen by the IT Administrator.
Students are provided with:
Free room at the Study Centre;
Stipend to help with essential living expenses
Roundtrip airfare to/from London; and
Free tuition for up to nine credits!
